Nave Collective is an independent events and production company based in Colchester, built from years of hands-on experience in live events and club culture.

Driven by curiosity and shaped through real-world experience, the idea for Nave Collective came from learning the industry from the ground up, working behind the scenes, building nights from scratch, and understanding how sound, lighting, staging, and people come together to create the right atmosphere.

From the Ground Up

Before launching Nave Collective, the foundation was built in venues, working closely with DJs, artists, technicians, and promoters to deliver nights that felt intentional and well put together.

What started as a job quickly became a passion for the full process: from setting up sound systems and lighting, to managing artists, coordinating with agents, and shaping the flow of a night from doors open to last track.

That hands-on approach defines everything we do, and everything we want to accomplish.

What We Do

Nave Collective creates and supports live events, club nights, and music-led experiences with a strong focus on thoughtful event planning, quality sound and production and above else respect for artists, crews, and venues.

Whether it’s a grassroots show, a club night, or a growing live series, the goal is always the same, to create well-run events that feel right for the space and the people in it.
